A 28-year old has admitted causing the deaths of a man and a 16- year-old girl in a horrific car crash last December. Sean Creed, of Hampton Fields, Minchinhampton, pleaded guilty at Gloucester Crown Court to causing the deaths of Jade Turley, 16, and Paul Workman, 38, by driving dangerously on an unclassified road in Cherington, near Tetbury, on December 8. He also admitted having excess alcohol in his blood at the time of the crash – 140 milligrams per 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mg.
Creed was bailed for psychiatric and medical reports until October 14.
Creed was driving a red Subaru Impreza car in which both Jade, from Minchinhampton, and Mr Workman, from Brimscombe, were pas- sengers when he went off the road and through a stone wall.
Jade’s sister Amber, 19, was also in the car and survived the crash along with Mr Creed

Posture is another factor to be considered. Improper posture may cause the weakening of the LES.
If you are suffering from occasional heartburn, your healthcare provider will simply treat you with the common heartburn treatment. Antacids such as Maalox and Mylanta are usually prescribed as medication like this will neutralize the acidity within your stomach. In some cases, other medication will be prescribed to prevent recurrence of the problem.
For those who suffer from chronic heartburn, however, further tests such as an endoscopy will probably be conducted. This is done to further understand and analyze the cause of the chronic heartburn. This will also reveal if there are any other complications connected to the condition.
So how do you avoid getting heartburn? Watch for the foods that seem to trigger a heartburn attack. Different people have different ?trigger foods?.

The new, next generation consoles are on their way and even if you have already grabbed your Xbox 360 (which is the only next – generation console available at the time) you still have a lot to learn about them since the Sony Play Station 3 and the Nintendo Wii are on their way. This is going to be a quick review guide of those 3 consoles but keep in mind that the final features of PS3 and Wii are not 100% certain yet.
Starting off with what?s already inside our homes, we will talk a little bit about the Xbox 360. From the outside, the 360 looks similar to the result of a merge of a Hummer and a Porsche; it has an aggressive, rough but at the same time very beautiful look and of course, your eye will never miss the beautiful, toxic green ?X? button. Talking about more important things now, the new Xbox is powered by a significantly powerful hardware. You can now play CD music or DVD?s with it and when you are tired of smashing enemies inside the latest blockbuster title you can always play games from the previous Xbox! Finally, your brand new Xbox will come along with a wireless controller, headphones, a HDD and a basic subscription to the Xbox Live service; all this at the price of 400$ (For the premium Xbox packet).
Jumping on the PS3 now, I can only say one word about this little machine, wow! This highly anticipated state of the art hi-tech device is expected to be released by November 17th, 2006.

Buying a used car could save you much on cash, compared to if you were buying a new one. However, the difference would be that if the used car you are thinking of purchasing has had its own share of potholes, bad weather, and plain wear and tear, chances are that you still would be spending more on replacement and on repair.
That is why it is best to first check the car you are about to buy. See if there are some things that you need to consider first before you do give a go ahead and agree that the vehicle would be yours.
First thing to check would be if the vehicle you are eyeing has working air bags.
